Temperatures in Finnish saunas typically range between 80°C and 100°C.

Steam Sauna, also known as a steam bath, features high air humidity and lower temperatures than the Finnish sauna. Steam sauna temperatures usually range between 40°C and 60°C. In the steam sauna, water is poured over heated stones, creating steam and increasing air humidity.
